Marisa leads Mondia Health with heart, purpose, and a deep commitment to people. She has been part of Mondia Health’s journey from 2012, but becoming part of the group’s executive leadership in 2020, she has focused on strengthening leadership across Mondia’s facilities and building teams that are united by compassion, trust, and excellence in care.
She believes that while business and financial skills can be learned, the ability to truly understand, support, and connect with people is what makes a leader exceptional. This belief has shaped her approach to leadership and remains central to the culture she continues to build at Mondia.
As CEO, Marisa is dedicated to fostering an organisation where values are lived, not just spoken about. She is passionate about creating environments where patients, families, staff, and partners feel seen, respected, and supported. At the same time, she believes deeply in the importance of measuring the impact of what we do, using data thoughtfully to guide improvement, strengthen accountability, and ensure that the care we provide is both meaningful and effective. Under her leadership, Mondia Health continues to strive for care that is not only clinically excellent, but deeply human.
